Event Access and General Guidelines

  1. M/s Innocean Worldwide Communication Private Limited (“IWI”), authorized by Hyundai Motor India Limited (“Hyundai / HMIL”), is conducting, undertaking and organizing ‘Hyundai Spotlight Customer Concerts’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Event’) on a principal-to-principal basis.

  2. The event is only for the attendee/s who owns Hyundai Car. No entry in the event will be allowed for the attendees who found not owning Hyundai Car.

  3. To attend the Event, the attendees are required to fill up the required details mentioned in the registration page. For the sake of clarity ‘attendee (s)’ means and includes successfully registered attendee (s) and accompanying up to 4 (Four) guests only.

  4. All information and documents submitted during the registration process shall be subject to the verification by the organizer.

  5. Entry will be permitted to the attendee/s and guests with valid tickets only. Also, once a ticket has been issued post verification, any amount / deposit / fee whatever received are non-refundable.

  6. The ticket(s) is for a particular city, event and day only.

  7. Tickets issued to customers and accompanying guests are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Any sale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

  8. Registered customers will have to carry an original or digital copy of the RC and government issued photo ID proof submitted during the time of registration. Attendee(s) shall not be permitted to enter the event upon failure to present the mentioned documents herein.

  9. The entry in the Event for the children up to age of 5 (five) years or below shall be allowed without registration subject to the condition that the child is accompanied by the attendee holding a valid ticket.

  10. Parking is subject to availability and first-come, first-served basis in the Event as per the guidelines of the venue & the relevant authorities.

  11. The concerts are standing event. There would be limited seating capacity, and will be on first come first serve basis.

  12. This is a wristband access Event. In case wristbands are taken off, a replacement wristband will not be issued. If wristband removed or tampered. The attendee will be treated as disqualified.

  13. If attendee/s leaves the event, in such event no re-entry is permitted in the Event.

  14. No alcohol will be served in the event. Consumption of illegal substances including alcohol and other intoxicating substances during the event are strictly prohibited. The organisers will have the right to immediately cancel/withdraw the participation of the Attendees who are found to be in breach of this condition and take appropriate action as it may deem fit. The fee if any will also be forfeited.

  15. Any Attendee(s) in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry at the Event.

  16. HMIL or Organizers or any of its agents, officers, employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it or due to participation in it by the attendees.

  17. Rights of admission is reserved.

  18. The performances and content shared by various artists at the event are purely intended for the purpose of entertainment.

  19. Each ticket specifies access to different areas of the Event. In no circumstance will any Attendee(s) be allowed entry or access including but not limited to the backstage area, restricted access areas, office area and other special access areas at the Event.

  20. Rights are reserved to perform security checks on Attendee(s) at the entry point or at any other time at the Event including frisking and refusing admission or evicting the Attendee(s) for reason of security.

  21. The Attendee(s) may be videographed, filmed, photographed and/or sound recorded for broadcast, publication, advertisement, marketing or security purposes whilst at the Event. The Attendee(s) hereby grant the unconditional right to use in perpetuality, all or any part of the recording including but not limited to videos, films, photographs and/or sound recording, name and details of the Attendee(s) on any media channel globally for broadcasting, advertising, marketing, publicity and promotion herein by HMIL or organizer.

  22. First aid/basic medical facilities shall be available at the Event during the Event timings. An ambulance on stand-by will be present at the Event in case of an emergency. However, if an Attendee meets with an injury or a health issue occurs for which the resources are not available at the Event, best efforts will be deployed to help and assist with any such emergency.

  23. All the Attendee(s) at the Event shall ensure that they cooperate at the Event in an ethical and a polite way.

  24. A cover charge of INR 299 per person will be levied to confirm the booking. This amount is fully redeemable against Food and Beverages purchased at the venue on the date of that particular Event. Food will be continuously available based on demand. In the rare event that certain dishes at any stall are depleted, alternative options will still be offered.

  25. All the food items in the event shall be paid basis only.

  26. HMIL and Event organisers reserves the right to claim any additional expenses because of delays or alterations in the Event, caused by any reason whatsoever.

  27. Organisers reserves the right to determine the process and decision pertaining to the entry/admission of Attendees for the Event. The decision of HMIL and Event organisers shall be final and binding on the Attendees and no correspondence/objection in this regard shall be entertained under any circumstances.

  28. HMIL and organisers will not be liable for any late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Attendees or for email failure/postal/courier delay.

  29. HMIL and organisers will have no liability, in case Attendees are not able to participate in the Event, due to inability to access the Hyundai Spotlight Customer Concert’s Website.

  30. HMIL and organisers reserves the right to withdraw/terminate the event without assigning any reason at any given point of time without any prior notice/information or alter/change the terms and conditions of the Event, process without any prior notice/information.

  31. HMIL and organisers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, claim, etc. arising to the Attendees due to attending the Event or if Event is discontinued or cancelled for any reason whatsoever.

  32. Any participation by Attendees are purely voluntary and attendees are free to enrol for this Event at their own discretion and free will.

  33. The registration details and personal information submitted by the Attendees will become the exclusive property of HMIL. Attendees provide is unconditional consent that HMIL may contact the Attendees via any mode for its product promotion or any other legal purpose.

  34. The Event is subject to force majeure conditions and HMIL and Event organisers shall bear no responsibility for cancellation or postponement of the Event.

  35. Any dispute arising out of this Event or otherwise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.

  36. Attendees agrees that HMIL and organisers shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries losses or damages of any kind to the attendees arising out of or in connection with the Event and waive any such claim against HMIL and organisers.

  37. HMIL and the Event organisers reserve the right at their sole discretion and at any point of time to disqualify/evict any Attendee from the event if they determine to be tampering or creating any nuisance or disturbance in the Event or they are in breach of these terms and conditions.

  38. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information/ documentation at the time of registration may result in disqualification from the Event and entire amount / deposit / fee whatever received will be forfeited at the sole discretion of HMIL and the Event organisers.

  39. At the event, HMIL/organiser may announce for a special additional contest solely at HMIL’s discretion for the attendee(s).

  40. In order to become eligible for the prizes, attendees shall be required to take a fun family picture during the event and post it with the brand hashtags.

  41. Three (3) most liked photos may get a chance to win prize. Selected attendees may get contacted personally later through Instagram or through any other means. In case the selected attendees do not respond within a week of sending out the communication then they lose out the chance to win prize and other attendee(s) will be taken into consideration.

  42. Attendee(s) shall ensure that the contents of their images shall not infringe Copyright Act, 1957 or any applicable laws in India. In the event, any claim is made against HMIL alleging that the images created and shared by the attendee infringe the copyrights or any laws, respective attendee shall alone be liable or responsible in any manner of whatsoever nature.

  43. The image(s) must be original and decent, any image deemed to contain content that depicts violence, abusive, immoral, unethical, illegal, anti-social, racial, obscene, offensive, profane, political, anti-religious or any other inflammatory, defamatory or otherwise objectionable of any kind will be rejected. HMIL reserves the right to initiate legal action against the attendees who submitted the same. Interpretation of what is, and what is not, appropriate material is at the sole discretion of HMIL.

  44. Attendee(s) should not deface or disparage HMIL and/or any brand of HMIL in any manner in the process of creating and posting any image and/or content, repost the image and/or content of other attendees.

  45. The images/contents posted by attendees will become the exclusive property of HMIL and HMIL shall have every right to use the same for its advertisements or any other legal purpose, without any restriction or prior notice.

Prohibited & Allowed Items:

  1. The attendee(s) are not allowed to bring any bags/storage items to the event as it is prohibited and no storage facility will be provided for the same and such bags/storage items will be confiscated at the security checkpoint of the event.

  2. No professional, SLR or DSLR or Drone cameras or recording (sound or video) equipment is permitted at the event. the attendee(s) shall not bring such items to the venue and shall not record the event activities and performances including live performances. No responsibility will be taken for the loss or damage to any such property or belongings of the attendee(s).

  3. This is non-smoking event. Vape pens, e-cigarettes, any other smoking devices, cigarettes and lighters etc., are prohibited and would not be allowed at the event. If found such items will be confiscated and disposed.

  4. Outside eatables, beverages, bottles, cans, tins, bags, illegal and banned substances and items, laptops, electronic tablets or hazardous substances or dangerous objects including but not limited to arms & ammunition, lighters, match box, aerosol and other flammable items, are not allowed inside the event. Rights reserved to confiscate these items and evict the attendee(s) from the event if the attendee(s) is found to be in possession of such prohibited items. Consumption and sale of illegal and banned substances by anyone at the Event is strictly prohibited and Attendee(s) found consuming, selling or possessing such illegal substances will be immediately handed over to the appropriate authorities.

  5. Medical Requirements:

    • The attendee(s) are advised to take all necessary precautions during the event.

    • Any attendee(s) needing prescription medicine at the Event must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and the patient's name to the medical staff at the entrance gate.

    • Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.

    • Attendee(s) with allergies can carry their prescribed medicines.

  6. The attendee(s) shall not be allowed to bring pets at the event.
